BRLC E-commerce training class is being held in Hangzhou today and will last to tomorrow (9th May). Hosted by the secretariat of BRLC and the APAC secretariat of UCLG and undertaken by Alibaba Business College, the class is mainly for members and government officials and E-commerce enterprise representatives of member cities who are in charge of E-commerce development. Near 40 members from 15 countries, including Indonesia, Japan, South Korea and Malaysia, attend the class.
