Zhejiang Adopts the Foreign Talent Visa System

Since the adoption of foreign talent visa system on Mar. 1st, Zhejiang has issued 16 copies of Confirmation Letter of Foreign High-end Talents. All foreign scientists, sci-tech leading talents, international entrepreneurs, special talents and the highly skilled are allowed to apply for the visa. With the Confirmation Letter, foreign high-end talents can apply for foreign talent visa (the R visa) for 5-10 years with multiple entries at the overseas embassies and consulates.
