Hangzhou Ranks the First Place in China in Per Capita Entrepreneurial Density

Hangzhou has exceeded Beijing and ranked the first place in per capita entrepreneurial density in the whole 2016 and the first half of 2017. Moreover, Hangzhou has been selected as one of Top 10 Most Attractive Cities in the Eyes of Foreign Talents for seven years in succession. Innovation has become not only one of the quality “genes” and positive labels for Hangzhou’s industrial development but an unceasing drive for the transformation and upgrading of various industries in the city.
