Hangzhou Municipal Government First Issues the Visit Invitation for Foreign Experts

The Hangzhou Foreign Affairs Bureau has issued “The Invitation to Foreign Experts” to the internationally famous yacht-making expert Kraus Field of Zhejiang Sino Eagle Group and to plastic surgery expert Moris Topaz of Zhejiang Geriatric Hospital. Thus it turns to be more convenient for foreign experts and professionals to come to China for short-term visits and communications.
