Nordrhein-Westfalen Delegation led by Günther Horzetzky, Vice Minister of Nordrhein-Westfalen Economy Ministry, arrived in Hangzhou yesterday. Members of the delegation held in-depth discussion with representatives of Hangzhou enterprises about “innovative solutions and business outlook of digitized industry 4.0”. Nordrhein-Westfalen is developing partnership with Chinese investors.
