    Tomorrow morning in western Hangzhou the Zijingang rd. (Wenyi rd-Liuxiang rd.), the Yuhang Tang rd. (Fengzhao rd.-Zijingang rd. on the west side), the Jihong rds (from Zhenhua rd. –Liuxiang rd.) will open to form an “interconnected grid” of north to south and east to west roads to take some of the pressure off of traffic congestion.
