Olivier Ruelle a Frenchman passionate about tea, has regarded Hangzhou as his second hometown and lived here for eight years due to his love for Chinese culture. In 1993, the top Longjing Tea beside the West Lake made him love this city. He introduces Hangzhou’s tea culture and Lingyin Temple to the world through short videos, bridging cultural exchange between China and foreign countries.

Olivier Ruelle is amazed by the convenient mobile payment of Hangzhou, and he founded the consulting company in Dream Town to boost the project cooperation between China and Europe.

He remarks, “Hangzhou is an open and inclusive city, just like a warm harbor, welcoming everyone with dreamsandopen mind.” He aspires to be  a “window” to showcase distinctive Hangzhou and China to the world.
