The Inauguration of the Center for Caribbean Studies of Hangzhou Normal University was held in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province on Sept 24. 

The center will focus on concentrated studies of the Caribbean region's politics, economy, culture, society, and education, providing intellectual support for cooperation and exchanges between China and the Caribbean area.
