French chef Jean-Baptiste, 48, has regarded Hangzhou, capital city of East China's Zhejiang province, as home for 15 years. 

He not only introduced exquisite cuisine but also met his wife, Zhang. Now they have a child and are blending cultures and cuisines in their new life together.
