A Canadian study tour group arrived in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, on March 4, to expience the dynamic Chinese culture. During their 7-day visit, they had engaged in several activities such as cupping therapy, enamel and oil-paper umbrella painting.
The teens tried some traditional Chinese acticities such as Chinese Kungfu and making Chinese dumplings on March 8. Chinese Kungfu is known worldwide, and many have learned about aspects of Chinese martial arts through Kungfu movies.
Jiaozi, often referred to as "dumplings" in Chinese cuisine, is a popular traditional food with a history dating back over 1,800 years.
Those experience not only deepened their understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture but also created unforgettable memories of their journey in China.
