China Post issued special stamp set of the Year of the Dragon on Jan 5 to mark the lunar new year. Designed by renowned stamp designer Wang Huming, the set consists of two stamps named "Tian Long Xing Jian" and "Chen Long Xian Rui", with a total face value of 2.4 yuan ($0.34). The issuance plan includes 29.98 million sets of stamps, 1.8 million in sheet format, and 4.5 million booklet stamps.
