From this day on, a convenience-for-people measure “Regional All-in-One Business” is to be launched by five cities: Hangzhou, Huzhou, Wenzhou, Jinhua and Quzhou. Eligible people may apply for 35 businesses of three categories in any household registration window of either Hangzhou or Huzhou, Wenzhou, Jinhua, Quzhou.

The 35 businesses cover three major types: real-time examination and approval business like ID card report for loss; 25 circulation processing business such as household register application, renewal and replacement; 9 circulation approval businesses including application for permanent residence at spouse’s legal address from other cities (for cities and towns only).
