September and October are no doubt the best time to visit Hangzhou. It’s the time when most trees, grasses and flowers change color. Chinese flame trees around the West Lake have bloomed recently. Little golden flowers are scattered over the crown, and then turn into bunches of orange, lantern-shaped fruits which will slowly change into reddish brown, thus forming beautiful autumn view that keeps changing color for three months.
