The well-known Leifeng pagoda is among the Ten Views of the West Lake, which relates toLegend of the White Snake, one of the most famous tales spreading widely in China.

Recently, an immersive activity is going on in this scenic spot where tourguidesare casting as Bai Suzhen and Xiao Qing (roles inLegend of the White Snake) to get more tourists involved in the story of Leifeng Pagoda. People can follow the well-dressed guides walking up the stairs in Leifeng pagoda to appreciate the folklore while enjoying the wonderful scenery of the West Lake.

Many tourists are attracted by the Q&A session in the activity during their visit. "My 10-year-old daughter tried to answer all the questions and learned a lot,” said Mrs. Luo from Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou.

The regular daily activity is available at 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. in the Leifeng pagodascenic spot.
