Yuhang district in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, hosted a delegation from the China-Europe Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association on Oct 26, bringing European technology projects together with local businesses, industrial parks, and investment institutions to explore opportunities for technology application and industrial cooperation.

In the morning, the delegation visited the Hangzhou Xingyun Kunpeng Center and three companies: Hangzhou Fanshuang Technology, Hangzhou BigDataCloudAI Technology, and Zhejiang Feitu Medical Services, offering participants a closer look at local innovation, industrial facilities, and real-world technology applications.

The afternoon featured project roadshows and industry matchmaking. Wang Xianming, deputy director of the Liangzhu New Town Administrative Committee, introduced Yuhang's efforts to develop an AI innovation hub and expand international cooperation.

Nine projects were presented across AI and robotics, the digital economy and computing power, life sciences and healthcare, new materials, and green, low-carbon technologies, and participants discussed implementation, technical cooperation, industrial support, and investment opportunities.

Yuhang's district association for science and technology plans to strengthen links with overseas science organizations and innovation institutions, follow up on cooperation opportunities, and help turn project proposals into concrete outcomes.
