The fifth Global Digital Trade Expo will be held from Sept 23 to 27 in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province, bringing together more than 1,600 companies to showcase the latest digital trade technologies and innovations.

The expo will cover more than 170,000 square meters and feature a "1+6+1" exhibition structure, comprising a themed pavilion, six specialized zones, and an innovation and integration zone.

AI will be central to the event, with the theme pavilion highlighting frontier technologies, international cooperation, and business applications. A range of technologies, including 3D compute-in-memory technology, a superconducting quantum chip, and AI space constellations, will make their global or industry debuts.

The AI zone will showcase chips, computing power, data, models, and applications, while the Silk Road E-commerce zone will feature AI tools covering the entire cross-border trade process, from product selection and inquiries to customs clearance, logistics, and payments.

Other zones will spotlight low-altitude mobility, smart healthcare, digital entertainment, and spatial intelligence, featuring eVTOL aircraft, AI medical technologies, immersive entertainment, and smart-city solutions.

International participation will include Malaysia as the guest country of honor, as well as companies from more than 20 countries and regions. Global technology companies, including Apple, Amazon, and Google, along with Fortune Global 500 companies such as Siemens and Roche, will also participate.
