On December 28, Hangzhou International Airport achieved the annual passenger throughput of more than 50 million for the first time, , becoming the seventh airport in China to achieve the feat in 2025. Among them, the international and regional passenger throughput is nearly 5 million in 2025. The air routes connect 223 destinations in 35 countries and regions across five continents.
