2025 Ranking of Chinese Cities in Attraction for Post-1995 Talents was announced a few days ago. Hangzhou ranks the fourth, closely following Shanghai. Eleven cities in Zhejiang are included in the top 50.

The report shows that, post-1995 talents prefer to work in economically developed regions in the east, such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. Hangzhou makes outstanding performance in attracting highly educated talents and promoting innovation vitality.
