The Second Open Day of the UCLG-ASPAC Committee on the Belt and Road Local Cooperation (BRLC) was held in Hangzhou on December 2. More than 100 Chinese and foreign guests, including the representatives from the UCLG-ASPAC Secretariat, Italy-China Link Association, BRLC member cities, international organizations, universities and enterprises, and the international students in Hangzhou, participate in the event.

During the event, Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, and Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau interpret the employment, entrepreneurship, and household registration policies for foreign talents; enterprises and universities present the international recruitment needs and talent cultivation.

Subsequently, the Belt and Road Local Cooperation and Exchange Center, Hangzhou-Dresden Liaison Office, and Zhejiang Urban Internationalization Research Institute are successively inaugurated. BRLC signs the Memorandum of Cooperation with its partners.

As one of the annual events of BRLC, the Open Day has become an important window to show the urban internationalization achievements and promote the exchange and cooperation among countries.
