Starting from December 1, Chinese citizens can enjoy the 30-day visa-free entry to Russia for business (until September 14, 2026). After policy release, the search volume for flight tickets from Hangzhou to Saint Petersburg soars by 3.6 times, and Hangzhou becomes one of the popular departure destinations.

Hangzhou opens the direct flights to Moscow, with three flights per week (Tuesday/Friday/Sunday). At the end of December, the minimum round-trip fare is 4,432 yuan.
