Hangzhou Metro launches the "Luggage Transfer Service". It initially covers three tourist transport hubs, such as Hangzhou International Airport Station, Wushan Square Station, and Olympic Sports Center Station, achieving the dynamic delivery model that "the luggage follows the passenger".

Tourists place orders by scanning the QR code, and select the destination and delivery time. Their luggage is delivered across stations by Smart Logistics. The delivery is free within 30 minutes. Tourists can travel without carrying any luggage.
