On November 21, a medical breakthrough made by the team of Hangzhou Institute for Advanced Study of UCAS was published in the top international journal Science. The team resolves the interaction network between Chemerin receptor GPR1 (the protein that regulates fat metabolism and inflammatory response in the human body) and repressor protein at the atomic level for the first time, which facilitates the development of biased drugs for metabolic diseases.
