On November 4, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Public Security announced four entry and exit measures to better benefit people and enterprises.

1. The registered residents who are more than 16 years old in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Huzhou, Jiaxing, Shaoxing and Jinhua can apply online for the renewal and reissuance of entry and exit documents, and the approval process will be completed within seven working days.

2. Starting from November 5, various talents working in Zhejiang can apply for talent visas for traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao. They can make multiple round trips, and each stay does not exceed 30 days.

3. Starting from November 5, residents living in Chinese Mainland can apply for the visas for visiting relatives in China's Taiwan, which realizes "nationwide handling".

4. Starting from November 20, those holding the visas for visiting relatives in Hong Kong and Macao can renew the same type of visa in Hong Kong and Macao.
