"2025 ShanghaiRanking's Academic Ranking of World Universities", the first comprehensive ranking of global universities in the world, was announced on August 15. A total of 244 universities in China are included in the list, and the quantity exceeds the USA, ranking the first in the world. Tsinghua University takes the 18th place, Peking University gets the 23rd place, and Zhejiang University obtains the 24th place.
