Recently, Hangzhou released 12 measures to create a "meteorology + finance"ecosystem, integrating meteorological data and financial service, to boost green industry.

At present, Hangzhou launches 24 meteorological index insurance involved in 15 kinds of agricultural and forestry crops, with the average annual claim settlement amount of nearly 100 million yuan. The insurance coverage rate of guesthouses exceeds 90 percent, and the guaranteed amount is up to 66.1 billion yuan.

In the future, Hangzhou will accelerate the launch of new products, such as guesthouse loans, industrial climate loans, and agricultural climate loans, to boost the transformation from "weather variables"to "economic growth".
