On July 8-19, fifteen American young students embarked on a journey of Chinese cuisine at the Tourism College of Zhejiang in Hangzhou.

The students learned to cook Chinese dishes such as "Mapo Tofu" and "Sweet and Sour Pork with Pineapple". Lindsay,an Americanstudent, said, "Chinese cuisine is not only about taste, but also about the respect for ingredients and the art of time."
