Grassroots chef brings Hangzhou cuisine to the world

During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday this year, a photo of Hangzhou Grassroots Chef Ma Kunshan teaching foreigners to cook Hangzhou cuisine appeared on the front page of Nouvelles d'Europe (UK edition),opening the door of learning about Hangzhou cuisineto the world.

Ma Kunshan is the owner of Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant Hao Canteen 1987. On April 22, He taught 14 young foreigners from the UK, Germany and other countries to cook Hangzhou cuisine, and he told the reporter, "Foreigners think Hangzhou cuisine is very delicious."

Ma Kunshan also cooperates with China Academy of Art to use Hangzhou's ingredients to reinterpret the historic German dining concept "Bauhaus Lunch" and perfectly combine the oriental and western flavors.
