The 21st China International Cartoon & Animation Festival (CICAF) opened in Hangzhou on May 29. Let us take a look at the highlights of this year's event.

The special area of "cartoon & animation + technology" is set up on the site to show cutting-edge innovative products. Nearly 2,000 IPs from more than 350 cartoon & animation companies at home and abroad make their debut.

The cartoon & animation games enterprises, institutions and excellent products from 42 countries and regions participate in the event. The activity of "Watching Wukong's 72 Transformations" of CICAF creates the marking points in Moscow, Florence, Zagreb, Annecy and overseas cities for the first time.
