2025 Happy Catering Consumption Fair themed by “a bite of Zhejiang and a savor of Hangzhou” will be held at Hangzhou Wulin Square on April 24-28. For the first time, the event is linked to the food from six provinces (cities) along the canal. On the site, tourists can taste Quanjude Roast Duck, Quick-fried Tripe of Old Beijing, Tianjin Goubuli Stuffed Bun, Fried Chop Rice Cake, and other landmark food along the canal.
