Hangzhou has recently rolled out an implementation planto boost the development of artificial intelligence industry.

The plan proposes that, by 2025, Hangzhou will develop two world-class basic large models, and over twenty-five large models for industry applications, set up three AI PoC centers, and cultivate more than fifty high-tech enterprises, with the investment of above 100 billion yuan in artificial intelligence industry.

The plan puts forward sixteen support measures in four fields, such as sharing innovation costs, cultivating applied ecology, supporting enterprise growth, and activating innovation elements, to help Hangzhou accelerate the construction of the global highland for the development of artificial intelligence industry.
