It is reported that, Hangzhou’s medical insurance digital human has been put into use, to provide users with the service of “instantly answering the question and handling relevant affairs”, reduce the handling time of high-frequency matters by 80%, and quickly & directionally transmit desensitization data packets to medical institutions.
