Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, TV and Tourism started to launch the first "cultural tourism + multiple formats"urban membership card (electronic card) of China on March 24 to activate the tourism market.

The membership card is only priced at 66 yuan. Tourists can enjoy the free tour of 30 scenic areas, metro discounts, luggage delivery, acquisition of free tickets for Zhejiang Team matches of Chinese Super League, and other services.
