On March 18, Hangzhou launched the Plenary Meeting of the International Organization for Standardization Technical Committee for Transaction Assurance in E-Commerce (ISO/TC321) and the International Standards Release Ceremony, rolling out three international standards.
The standard formulated under the leadership of China pays close attention to four major elements such as platform quality, service quality, external environment, and sustainability. The standard established under the leadership of Japan provides the cross-border e-commerce dispute resolution framework. The standard jointly developed by the UK and China focuses on improving the quality of after-sales service.
These standards offer a comprehensive framework and guidance for ensuring global e-commerce transaction, assisting in building the safe, efficient, and green e-commerce ecosystem.
