DeepSeek releases DeepSeek-R1 big model, develops the international top technology at one thirtieth of the cost, and heads the list of six leading AI enterprises in Hangzhou.

In his view, the rapid rise of technology enterprises in Hangzhou is derived from the local rich computing resources, and benefits from the environment of Hangzhou that has encouraged sci-tech innovation for many years.
