Hangzhou is about to release the local standard Rating Requirements for Test Road Environments of Intelligent Connected Vehicles, providing unified regulations for testing and application of intelligent connected vehicles.

As a pilot city for the application of "vehicle-road-cloud integration"in intelligent connected vehicles, Hangzhou has fully opened the use of autonomous vehicles, and has issued 524 test and application licenses to 17 enterprises.

The new standard divides road environments into four levels, which helps to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of test activities, normalize market behaviors, and promote the healthy development of the industry.
