On January 7, Hangzhou launched the three-year action plan to boost consumption.

The plan focuses on commerce & trade, shopping, catering, international exhibitions, e-commerce, nighttime economy, service consumption, etc., to stimulate consumption.

Hangzhou also rolls out supporting policies, and sets up special funds to give support. For example, Hangzhou will hold the New Year consumer promotion activity before the Spring Festival.
