The terminal is available for 24 hours, without binding the bank card, and the tax is directly refunded to Alipay.

From January to November this year, the sales associated with the departure tax refund for shopping by overseas tourists in Hangzhou is up to 99,351,900 yuan, and the year-on-year growth is significant.

Hangzhou also launches the online multilingual service platform to provide foreign tourists with tax-related consultation services and boost the construction of international consumption center city.
