Nebojsa Ilic, a foreign teacher from Serbia, coaches the middle school boys'football team at Hangzhou Jiangnan Experimental School. In the past two months, he has led the team to continuously win the champions of municipal and provincial football events.

Since 2021, Nebojsa Ilic has been in Hangzhou to coach youth football. He emphasizes the importance of basic training, and pays attention to the team spirit of children and the improvement of personal skills.

Nebojsa Ilic believes that football and study are not opposites, and calls on Chinese parents to give more understanding and support. He suggests that Chinese children should practice 11-a-side football earlier, and appeals to the provision of more competition opportunities to promote the development of youth training.
