AI Hangzhou offers three primary services: public services, local information, and visitor/expat guidance.
The public services section features government services, convenient living options, and tourist services, such as entry services, lodging, cultural tourism, healthcare, internet access, travel, payment services, and volunteer opportunities. The local information section partners with Hangzhou's city branding campaign, Hangzhoufeel, to deliver timely, interesting, and helpful information about the city. The visitor/expat guidance section provides essential information for living in Hangzhou, covering topics such as transportation, housing, education, employment, and tourism.
The platform can be easily used via Alipay to improve the quality and efficiency of foreign-related services. At present, it facilitates 9,000 overseas personnel to apply for accommodation registration, 3,352 ones to open an account of Hangzhou's public bike called "Little Red Bike", 300 ones to apply for volunteers and 79,000 ones to buy a eSIM data card.
