December 3 is the 33rd International Day of Disabled Persons. The First Hangzhou "Sunshine Artist" Arts and Crafts Exhibition for the Disabled & Art Exchange Exhibition of Disabled Persons in Eastern Cities opened at Hangzhou’s Shangcheng District Cultural Center.

The exhibition collects 120 excellent works from disabled artists all over the city, inlcuding paintings, calligraphy, photography and artworks, which showcases their talent and self-improvement.

The special fund for artistic development of disabled persons in eastern cities is unveiled during the event. Through works donation and love subscription, the fund are used for artists’ creation, training, exhibition, exchange and other activities.
