On November 18, Hangzhou greeted the official opening of Xixi Traditional Culture & Art Museum (Cai Zhizhong Art Museum). It is open to the public free of charge.

The museum is located in Xixi National Wetland Park, and sets up three exhibition halls, to display about 400 excellent cartoons by Cai Zhizhong. The cartoon called Heroes of the Marshes reflects the relations between the original novel Heroes of the Marshes and Xixi Wetland National Park, and shows his profound feelings for Hangzhou.

There is Hundred-seat Classroom, Calligraphy & Painting Classroom, Cultural & Creative Store, and other spaces in the museum which can host various art activities.
