The "easy go" luggage service of Hangzhou is rated as the national demonstration case for integration of transport and tourism. This service allows tourists to separately transport their luggage to the hotel or transport hub upon arrival at or departure from Hangzhou, to build the multi-scenario luggage delivery system among railway stations, business districts, scenic areas, hotels and transport stations.

At present, Hangzhou sets up 117 luggage storage points, opens 12 luggage delivery routes, and serves about 40,000 people. More than 40 hotels get involved. The service explores the model of “Fast Pass & Slow Travel”. The per capita length of stay in Hangzhou is extended by about half a day.
