According to the data of Qianjiang Customs, from January to August this year, the import & export volume of Hangzhou is up to 555.74 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 5.8 percent.

More enterprises in Hangzhou enter overseas markets. Between January and August this year, Hangzhou’s imports and exports to the countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative reach 242.76 billion yuan, up 4.7 percent.

Hangzhou Airport International Freight Station has been bustling this year. The export volume of cross-border e-commerce goods significantly increases by 76.71 percent. The export volume from January to August is 75,900 tons. Cross-border e-commerce increasingly drives economic growth. The total import & export volume of cross-border e-commerce was 140 billion yuan in 2023.
