The event featured the Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Hong Yin, and showcased a spectacular array of musical performances.
The concert opened with the stirring orchestral piece Ode to the Red Flag, which included beloved traditional folk songs like Purple Bamboo Tune and Tea Picking Dance, nostalgic film classics such as The Red Detachment of Women and Seaside Sunset, as well as modern anthems like Never Forget Our Original Intent and Red Boat Song. Each piece depicted China's remarkable journey over the past 75 years, celebrating the spirit of resilience and determination of the Chinese people.
As the concert drew to a close, the audience joined together in singing My Motherland, waving their national flags in unison, embodying the deep affection and pride felt by all. The finale featured the city song Dream Paradise, which offered heartfelt wishes for the nation.
