To mark the occasion, the West Lake Scenic Area will be offering limited edition commemorative tickets for a truly unforgettable cruise experience.

This Mid-Autumn Festival, Hangzhou West Lake Cruise Co., Ltd. invites you to do just. As a special treat, they’ll also be offering limited-edition commemorative tickets for this unique experience.
A spokesperson for Hangzhou West Lake Cruise Co., Ltd. explained that these limited-edition tickets showcase Hangzhou’s rich history and culture. The designs feature the city’s iconic symbols like Su Dongpo, a renowned poet and former mayor of Hangzhou, along with osmanthus and lotus flowers, and scenic spots like Santan Yingyue Islet and Sunny and Rainy Views from the Lakeside. The warm and cool colors, including yellow, red, green, and white, evoke a sense of reunion and longing. The rolling and unrolling cloud patterns add a festive touch, symbolizing the hope that on this moonlit night of reunion, families will gather together to celebrate and raise a toast.
How to get a ticket?
On September 17, the Mid-Autumn Festival, 128 commemorative tickets for the Song-style Island Tour will be available for purchase at the Second Park and Children’s Palace wharfs starting at 8:00 AM, while 168 commemorative tickets for the Song-style Lake Tour will go on sale at the Fifth Park Wharf from 8:30 AM. The commemorative tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, the West Lake Scenic Area will offer more than just commemorative boat tickets. The West Lake Mid-Autumn Festival Moon Worship Ceremony will return. The Moon Boats, which went viral on the Internet last year, will also make a comeback for three nights. And for a truly immersive experience, don’t miss the Song-style Island Night Tour. Inspired by the life and works of Su Dongpo, this enchanting tour combines poetry, music, dance, and stunning visuals to transport you back to the Song Dynasty. Experience the magic of ancient China as you follow in the footsteps of one of the country’s greatest poets. The night tour will be open daily from 6:00 PM to 8:45 PM during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, and tickets can be purchased at the Second Park and Fifth Park wharfs.
