A few days ago, the first International Youth Poetry Festival was held in Hangzhou, and 72 poets from ten BRICS countries participated in the event.

On July 21, they visited Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and Fuchun River in groups.

Beside the canal, they visited the museums, experienced the traditional techniques, such as fan painting, paper cutting, and weaving, and shared their own brilliant poems.

On the bank of Fuchun River, they appreciated the copy of the famous Chinese painting called Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains, and experienced Chinese calligraphy.

During a recitation activity, they shared their own compositions, and expressed their love for Hangzhou.
