This year, Hangzhou is speeding up its livelihood projects, such as childcare, education, assistance to the disabled, and elderly care, and has achieved remarkable results.

In the past six months, Hangzhou has built 60 health management centers for children, 51 primary & middle schools and kindergartens, and 107 canteens for the aged.

Moreover, Hangzhou also strengthens the rehabilitation and assistance for children with autism, and the employment & care services for impaired people, improving the happiness of these groups.
