Eco-friendly beehive designed by Hangzhou's college student wins intl award

Green Plant Protection & Ecological Beehive, designed by Zhang Kaiyuan, a postgraduate of China Jiliang University, stands out from 7,070 global works due to its innovative ecological concept, winning the iF Design Students Award 2024.

The beehive designed by Zhang is portable and useful. It makes bees control pests, which reduces the use of chemical pesticides while enhancing ecological environment and tea quality in the tea field.
