Hangzhou launches a kind of public service system called “Cloud Bus 2.0”. People can make reservations for buses by swiping a bus card, without using their mobile phones.

This service takes special care of senior citizens and students, to facilitate the travel online and offline.

Starting from July 10, passengers can make reservations by swiping the bus card or scanning the QR code via mobile phone at the designated bus stations to call the bus to come. This model is accurately matched with passenger needs and improves operation efficiency, taking a lead in the innovation of public transport industry in China.
