The Sixth Zhejiang International Studies University (ZISU) International Culture Festival kicks off with the theme of "intercultural communication", involving academic lectures, short video contests, sightseeing activities, and concerts.

During the culture festival, teachers and students actively take part in the event and experience culture of different countries.

Paulo, a foreign teacher, who has taught Portuguese at Zhejiang International Studies University (ZISU) for 11 years, welcomes students to experience Portuguese culture.

Bekhzod, a student from Uzbekistan, shares food culture of Uzbekistan, and is happy to make new friends from different countries.

Xu Lu, a student from ZISU, said,"I see foreign friends fluently speaking foreign languages and Chinese. This not only showcases their respect for different cultures, but also explains that the language is a bridge connecting different cultures."
